These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this service in any form, including web, mobile, or API. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by all provisions herein. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the service. These Terms may be updated periodically without notice.

Eligibility & Account Creation

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.

Permissible Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful activities and in accordance with these Terms. Violating users may face suspension or termination.

User Submissions

Any content you upload or publish (“User Submissions”) remains your property, subject to a license that permits the service to host, display, and distribute. You warrant that you possess all necessary rights to grant this license. The service may remove User Submissions that violate these Terms or applicable laws. You agree to indemnify for any claims related to your User Submissions.

Pricing & Fees

Certain features require payment of fees as specified at the time of purchase. All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless expressly stated. You agree to pay any applicable sales or value-added taxes. If a payment fails, access to those features may be suspended until the balance is paid.

Subscription & Renewal

Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You may disable auto-renewal via your account settings. Disabling auto-renewal stops future charges, but you remain responsible for the current period’s fees. No partial refunds or prorated credits are provided.

Modifications & Service Updates

The service may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Major changes affecting functionality will be communicated at least seven days in advance when feasible. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance. No additional compensation is owed for modifications.

Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or for security reasons. You will receive notice when feasible. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any local copies of content obtained from the service.

Intellectual Property Rights

The service and all proprietary content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited license to use the service under these Terms. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited. Legal remedies may be pursued for violations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. You assume all risks associated with use.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use. Our total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the fees you paid in the six months preceding the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through negotiation, then by arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
